Embraze - Биография

1994 – Lauri Tuohimaa, Ilkka Leskela, Petri Henell и Mikko Aaltonen сформировали Embrace
1995 – Mikko Aaltonen оставил группу, а вместо него к коллективу присоединился Juha Rytkonen. Первое выступление ”Against Drugs – event” на разогреве у Generators. Записано первое демо “Allotria”
1996 – Второе демо “96”, которое было хорошо охарактеризовано несколькими лейблами. Следом последовало и третья демка.
1997 - Четвёртое demo «IV». Rytkonen и Henell оставили коллектив, а на их место пришли Janne Regelin и Janne Rasanen. Запись первого демо на Mastervox. Коллектив вынужден сменить название в связи с тем, что в Англии уже имеется группа с аналогичным названием. Так путём изменения двух букв возникает название EMBRAZE.
1998 - Выпуск дебютного альбома под названием «LAEH», выступление на ТВ и летнем фестивале.
1999 - Rasanen и Regelin оставили коллектив. Но EMBRAZE продолжают работать, и весной выходит второй альбом «Intense», а к этому времени Lauri вернулся со службы.
2000 – Покидают коллектив Uusitalo и Kaisto, а на их места встают Sami Siekkinen и Olli-Pekka Karvonen. Heidi играет на клавишных в Eternal Tears Of Sorrow во время их Европейского тура с Nightwish и Sinergy.
2001 – “Endless Journey”, Европейский вариант Intense, был выпущен на МTM Music GmbH.
2002 – Выпущен третий альбом “Katharsis” на Low Frequency Records. Ilkka тоже вернулся из армии.
2003 – Выступление на нескольких фестивалях.
2004 – “Promo ‘04”. Lauri присоединился к коллективу Charon. Ilkka уходит из Maple Cross в пользу EMBRAZE.
2005 - Embraze работают над новым альбомом.
2006 – Новый сингл “Branded”, дата релиза третье июля. Четвёртый альбом “The Last Embrace”, дата выхода которого 16 августа 2006 года.
За время своего существования группа сняла 6 клипов.
В ноябре 2008 года группа выступала на Moscow Gothic fest III.
