Disclosure - Биография

Disclosure - это электронный дуэт, основанный двумя братьями из Лондона, Гаем и Говардом (20 и 17 лет) Лоуренсами, в 2010 году. Они родом из музыкальной семьи, их родители были и остаются профессиональными певцами и музыкантами. Парни выпускают поразительной красоты композиции в таких стилях как дабстеп, хаус и фанк с примесью рнб и гериджа.
Дуэт выпустил свой первый сингл «Offline Dexterity» на Moshi Moshi Records 29 августа 2010 года, затем почти через год, последовал еще один сингл «Carnival / I Love…That You Know» на инди-лейбле Transparent Records. Свой первый EP под названием «Carnival» парни выпустили собственными усилиями 5 июня 2011 года и раздавали бесплатно.
30 января 2012 году они выпустили новый сингл «Tenderly / Flow» после которого они впервые получили национальную поддержку на радио. 1 июня 2012 году они выпустили свой новый EP «The Face», этот релиз получил одобрение фанатов и критиков. Также на их счету также один из самых популярных ремиксов на трек «Running» Jessie Ware. Ремикс был популярен в течение лета 2012 года, и его даже включили в ежегодный сборник Annie Mac Presents.
Все лето дуэт вместе с Jessie Ware выступал на многих фестивалях в том числе на Ибице и на Bestival’e.
8 октября 2012 года они выпустили сингл «Latch». 14 октября 2012 года сингл дебютировал на 26 месте в UK Singles Chart, в дальнейшем смог достичь только 11 места. Вслед за «Latch» последовал другой сингл,»White Noise» записанный совместно с AlunaGeorge.
Дебютный альбом под названием «Settle» вышел 3-го июня.
