Meja - Биография
Мея (англ. Meja, настоящее имя — Анна Пернилла Бекман, 12 февраля 1969 года, Стокгольм, Швеция), композитор и певица из Швеции. Среди ее самых известных песен — «I’m Missing You», «All ‘Bout the Money» и «Private Emotion» (спета дуэтом с Рикки Мартином). Она также завоевала популярность после ее сингла «How Crazy are You» который был использован в качестве основной музыкальной темы для видеоигры Xbox «Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball». В 5 лет Мея начала писать стихи, петь в хоре. Дебютировала в театре в возрасте семи лет. В 1986 году в возрасте 16 лет, она переехала учиться в Майорку, где во время обучения решила сосредоточить свои силы на музыкальном направлении. Among her best known songs are «I’m Missing You»,»All ‘Bout the Money» and «Private Emotion» (duet with Ricky Martin). She also gained popularity after her single «How Crazy are You» was used as the main theme music for the Xbox video game Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball.
Prior to her solo career, Meja sang leads on several singles for the early 1990s dance group Legacy of Sound, including the top 10 hit Happy.
