William Control - сайд-проект Уильяма Фрэнсиса, вокалиста панк группы Aiden.
Уил Френсис создал William Control, так как был заинтересован в создании музыки, отличающейся по стилистике от Aiden. В 2008 году был выпущен дебютный альбом «Hate Culture», рассказывающий историю человека по имени William Control, который хочет совершить самоубийство, и его последнюю ночь жизни на земле. Единственный сингл с альбома - «Beautiful Loser».
В 2009 году началась работа над вторым альбомом «Noir», который был выпущен 8 июня 2010 года. Первый сингл альбома - «I’m Only Human Sometimes» был выпущен за три недели до альбома.
В 2011 Уильям анонсировал выпуск EP под названием «Novus Ordo Seclorum» ( англ. «A New Order Of The Ages»), так же выпустил книгу под названием «Prose and Poems».
Выход 3 полноформатного альбома под названием «Silentium Amoris» состоялся 2 апреля 2012 года.
