Something to hold on
Something to hold on
Something to hold on
Something to hold onto
Something to hold onto

Is there anything I can do for you, darlin'?
Just wanna get you next to me
There ain't nobody but you
Nobody that does it for me
Yeah, you're like one of a kind lady
This whole thing got me spacey and whatnot
You know ya look so sweet, I got to make you all mine
You look so sweet, I got to make you mine
You make me feel stingy and whatnot
I only want you, you're all that I got

You give me something to hold on
Something to hold on
Something to hold on
Something to hold onto
Something to hold onto

At night when I close my eyes I think of you
Your face like fresh air in this clouded mind of things to do
And I wonder if you're feelin' the same way
I wonder if you're doin' the same thing
Or is it just me?
‘Cause I wanna be the one and only
I know that shit sounds corny, but it's the way that I feel
I just wanna be with you
I just wanna be with you
I wanna be with you

You give me something, something to hold on
Something to hold onto
Something to hold onto
You really do, you got me something
Something to hold
Something to hold on

You really give me something, baby
Hey girl, I know the woman’s got have it
Hey, I know you got to have it, baby
Oh she’s got to have it
Anytime, anyplace, she’s needs it, yeah
Something to hold on to
