IVE is a South-Korean girl group under Starship Entertainment. The group consists of six members: Wonyoung, Yujin, Rei, Gaeul, Liz and Leeseo.

IVE was first revealed to be under Starship on November 9, 2021 with a short video revealing the group at first sight, as also the individual teasers.

The group’s debut was much anticipated, due to the public reputation of the members Wonyoung and Yujin, as they were a part of the South-Korean, Japanese girl group, IZ*ONE, which after their debut in 2018 went on to become one of the most impactful groups before their disbandment two and a half years later.

The group officially debuted on December 1, 2021 with their first single album, ELEVEN. Which turned out to be one of the most successful girl group debuts, earning 45 million views on YouTube in under just a few days.
