My fortune is my face: Laughing, crying, smiling
Look upon this face: Wistful, scornful, and beguiling
Right profile, left profile, three-quarters, and full face
Perfect: every angle right. Cameraman's delight

32 dazzling teeth: a sight divine
32. One of them is almost mine

My fortune is my face: Manly, boyish, leering
All this in one face: Eager, evil, and endearing
Right profile, left profile, a face unique from any view
When this face is gone, gone is fortune too

〈spoken〉
All right face keep it up, keep working. There's a lot dеpending upon you. Whole gambling syndicate can't keeping going on without you. Two еx-wives and all that alimony and three kids and all their teeth to be fixed. Teeth! Stretching for miles and miles into the horizon!

(sung)
Right profile, left profile, three-quarters, and full face
So pin it up with tacks and fill it out with wax
Oh, what an actor. Long live Max Factor and this face

Jack Cassidy - Biography

Jack Cassidy is a Christian singer/songwriter from a family of talented entertainers. He’s the grandson of Academy and Tony Award Winning actress Shirley Jones, son of musical theatre actor Patrick Cassidy, and the nephew of actor and recording artists, David Cassidy and Shaun Cassidy.

At age 11, Jack’s piano lessons led him to composing music, which garnered his first national award in the Reflections Program for Music Composition.
Worship music became the center theme and passion of his life following a spiritual encounter with God at a high school Christian camp.

In early 2017, Jack was a contestant on NBC’s The Voice, Season 12, where mentored by Alicia Keys and DJ Khaled, he made the Top 20. Jack’s Battle Round performance of “Dancing On My Own” was the highest selling single in the history of The Voice. Since leaving the show Jack has been working with top-tier producers and writers from the Christian world, including Hillsong Young & Free, Brenton Brown, Urban Rescue, and Disney. Jack released his first single “Emmanuel (Go To Tell The World)” in December 2017. He recently showcased the new single live on tour, opening for Contemporary Christian artist, Jeremy Camp.

“As a man of faith it can be strange to make my living in a business of smoke and mirrors, but my goal in doing that is to bring a sense of realness and authenticity to my artistry in the midst of a business that is fake at its very core.”

Jack’s heart for music is purely an invitation to allow people the opportunity to encounter God through the very music that has been given to him. Jack loves every second of the creative process of writing and performing, but the true overarching goal of his career is to give to others what he has received. Giving forth love, healing, and enjoyment to those listening, never failing to give all the credit to God as the only reason for his success.

Jack is continuing to collaborate with writing and producing circles made up of some of Christian music’s most highly respected/sought after/success (people) in the Christian music industry. He will be releasing a full length album in 2018.
