S3R1AL-D3S1GN4TI0N-A, or Athena, is an 18 year old queer rapper from New Jersey. Their songs consist of distorted vocals and comedic but sometimes witty lines.
Ath. used to go by other pseudonyms, their only surviving one being Up the Hudson River, a solo project that focuses on multi-genre Electronic. Starting to make music around 13, they would give up on and off, making new aliases and focusing on different areas of hip-hop, slowly going from conscious to more braggadocios.
They started becoming big into music and listening to all genres, getting more acquainted with the styles of ilysm, AERO GROS M, and girlfrompluto. Working with Madi Serket to make music that blurs the lines between jokes and moments of seriousness.
