La Dispute - Биография

Интересная формация из города Гранд-Рапидс, штат Мичиган, играющая динамичный и довольно своеобразный пост-хардкор. Специфика заключается в манере исполнения вокалиста: он не поет, а эмоционально декламирует стихи под музыку. Получается очень здорово и необычно, причём, удивительным образом, довольно музыкально. Ну и сама музыка тоже просто прекрасна - с резкими и частыми переходами, юношеским задором и вызовом. Трагизма - полно, соплей - нет.
Более того, в музыкальном плане группа варьируется между такими жанрами, как post-hardcore, progressive rock, spoken word, screamo.
