Selena - Биография

Селена родилась 16 апреля 1971 года в США, городке Лейк-Джексон (Lake Jackson), штат Техас. В семье Авраама и Марселы Кинтанилья она была младшей из троих детей. С 8 ле начала выступать вместесо своей семейной группой. Кроме Селены у Кинтанилья были дочь Сюзетт и сын Авраам, впоследствии ставший одним из авторов и продюсеров песен группы «Selena y Los Dinos», более известный под именем A.B.III. В 1999 году он основал свою группу «A.B. Quintanilla y Los Kumbia Kings». Сейчас группа называется Kumbia all Stars. в ее состав вошел муж Селены Крис Перес.
А феврале 1994 года впервые в истории техано музыки стала первой женщиной -испонительницей удостоенной премии Грэмми.
Память о Селене живет до сих пор как и ее глос, и музыка.
